If you plan on selling your house then here are some tips for you in order to make it sell quickly.

1. Make the first appearance of your house impressive
If the appearance of your property is not good, many potential buyers will not even walk through the door. The front of your property is critical. Front gardens should be well maintained all doors and window frames newly painted if necessary. Hanging baskets and window boxes always make the front of a property more presentable.
Even though you may have cleaned up the front of the property don’t ignore the back. In a competitive market, the garden can often be the factor that seals the deal. If you are not a gardener, now is the time to start — at least for the time that you are trying to sell your property. If you don’t have the time or energy to garden, hire someone. 2. Style your dining room table
The dining room is often a blind spot in decorating the home. Between dinners, a large dining table can look bare and uninviting, so styling it up with visitors in mind can increase the appeal. 3. Make Upgrades
So how much should you spend to upgrade your home before selling it? Well, remember that the return on investment, or ROI, on home improvements is generally less than 100%.
Let’s say your home is worth approximately $200,000, and you spend $30,000 to remodel the kitchen. Many people mistakenly believe that the home is now worth $230,000. That’s dead wrong.
While a remodel certainly adds some value, it’s like buying a new car that depreciates in value the moment you drive it off the dealer’s lot.
So, while I recommend making small upgrades–like replacing the kitchen sink faucet or updating an old water heater–I don’t suggest doing any major remodels.
